Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your trailer for a refund or exchange. The 15-day period allows you to ensure that your new trailer meets your needs and expectations.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your trailer must be in the same condition that you received it:
– Unused and in its original state
– Free from any damage or modifications
– Accompanied by the original documentation and accessories

Please note that custom-built trailers may not be eligible for returns unless there are defects in materials or workmanship.

 Return Process

1. *Contact Us*: Start by contacting our customer service team at servicecontact@harmontrailersales.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. *Return Approval*: Our team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

3. *Shipping*: You are responsible for the safe return of the trailer to our facility. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. *Inspection*: Upon receipt, the trailer will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the trailer does not meet these conditions, we may adjust the refund amount accordingly.

5. *Refund or Exchange*: Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions

Please be aware that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
– Custom orders tailored to personal preferences or specifications
– Products purchased on sale or with a discount
